Staff Salary Information

Teaching staff are paid in accordance with the School Teachers Pay & Conditions Document [STPD].  Support staff are paid in accordance with the National Joint Council [NJC] Terms & Conditions. Staff salaries are reviewed annually and agreed by the Governors Pay and Personnel Committee.

Maintained schools are required to publish salary information for any member of staff earning a gross annual salary of £100,000 or more. There are currently no staff at Montrose School who earn more than £100,000 a year.
